Quite often people write to you only with their complaints, however, I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the service received from Dave Maxson on December 27th.

Dave presented himself as a true professional, answering all my questions and concerns honestly. I felt as though I was conversing with an old friend.

We want you to be aware of the impact of Juan Galvez on our recent buying decision.

We recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Rav4. After exhaustive research, we knew what we were looking for and what we should be paying for the vehicle. We then hit the road and went to several dealers in the valley to see inventory and actually ‘put our hands’ on the options. Unfortunately, our experience with almost EVERY salesperson was upsetting and often infuriating. They seemed to be more interested in telling us what we should get, telling us what we wanted was not available (invariable they were mistaken because we had done our research), or simply ignoring our questions altogether in favor of getting us “in the char” and calling the Sales Manager to get us to start signing things.

From the very beginning, our experience at Bell Road Toyota was different. Juan Galvez was courteous and accommodating and really respected the fact that we knew more about what we wanted than he did. We actually met Juan very early on in our process, before we had even narrowed it down to a Toyota. Juan’s demeanor had us committed to buying from him no matter WHAT car we decided to purchase, even if that meant buying a used vehicle of another manufacturer. There is an honest and unpretentious way about Juan from which many salespeople could learn a thing or two.

Suffice it to say, we bought our car from Juan, with Troy’s help, and heel very confident that we got a good deal and dealt with good people.

We got such a good deal, in fact, that we worry that there may not be much left over to pay Juan what he deserves! I’m sure you will make sure he is properly compensated. I must reiterate; without Juan, ANY dealership would have sufficed for the transaction. HE made the difference. I have already got my neighbor “fired up” about a new Toyota and told him that Bell Road is the place to go.

On June 17, 2006 I went to Bell Road Toyota with the expectations of buying a new Toyota and to say I was not disappointed. From the time that my friend Norman and I walked into the dealership until the time that I drove my new Corolla LE off the car lot. The service that we received from your sales person Doreen Fischer went far above EXCELLENT, she was professional, she would stop and asked if we needed anything, she gave us water to drink, made sure we were comfortable.

The service will not be forgotten by me or my friend ever! Doreen even gave us lunch. Then there was Joe the person who did my final paper, who was just as professional, just as nice and very helpful, you have at least 2 employee’s that are worth their weight in gold and then some.

I am writing to compliment your sales personnel Michael and Carl Grafman and tell you how happy I am with my previously-owned 2006 Toyota Sienna. You can imagine my frustration when my old minivan had engine trouble while I was visiting Sedona, and I was told it was not worth fixing. I had so much stuff with me and needed to get back to California. I began frantically calling Toyota dealers in Flagstaff, Prescott, Phoenix and at home in California. Most of them would not talk prices on the phone, so I had to skip sessions of the course i was attending to drive to Flagstaff, Prescott, and Phoenix. Each of these visits was an exhausting drive to a destination at which the sales personnel pounced on me before I even finished parking my rental car. At these other dealerships, the salesmen hit me with such a hard-sell manipulation that i was really uncomfortable.

As I was weighing the available Siennas, I called Bell Road Toyota and Michael Grafman said he had a 2006 Sienna coming in. He was able to beat the price of the one I was considering in Flagstaff, which was a year older, with almost twice the mileage, at a few thousand dollars higher in cost. I was so happy that Michael would talk money with me on the phone and get everything in order for me to just come down, check out the car, and drive it away. He was so straight-talking and honest, and was obviously selling me the car for the best price he could give me. He worked in tandem with his brother Carl, who assisted me once I arrived, helping me with everything to the last detail of how the windshield wipers work.

I have had the car about a month now and just love it! I refinanced my car loan here in CA, and the banker pointed out that the Kelly Blue Book value was more than I paid, which I already knew. I wanted to be sure to write this letter to acknowledge these two gentlemen on your staff. Michael and Carl took such good care of me with this sale that I am recommending Bell Road Toyota to all of my friends. Please thank them again for me.

Recently, my wife and I had the opportunity to do business with Bell Road Toyota and I wanted to take a moment and write you about our experience.

I am fifty two years old and have purchased or leased over a dozen vehicles so far and have come to consider the event an unpleasant but necessary task. My experience with your dealership has changed my mind forever. Our salesman Mr. Scott Anderson was everything one could hope for in a salesman, friendly, informative, genuinely enthusiastic about his product. Scott was truly interested in helping us find the perfect vehicle by listening carefully and investing whatever time was necessary to accomplish that goal.

We have leased or purchased from many of the Toyota dealerships here in the Phoenix area and this is the first time the quality of the experience has matched the quality of the Toyota product. To Whom It May Concern,

I would like to share an experience with you that happened over this past weekend.

I have bought the last 3 new Toyotas from Bell Road Toyota because they have always treated us fairly and been eager to please us. We always shop the local dealer as I would prefer to deal closer to home but again Bell Road Toyota proved to us why we keep going back.

When we shopped at Miller Toyota and we could not understand why they were pushing us to sign papers on a new vehicle without seeing our trade we explained to the salesman that we needed to keep a budget of $300 per month for 60 months.

They did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock but offered to substitute it for a 4 wheel drive at the same price if were willing to take it off the lot. Of course a 44 for no extra charge with the color and equipment we wanted would be crazy to turn down. We wanted to get it right away so we started doing the paper work to get going.

When we thought we should go get lunch and bring back the trade they did not want us to leave and ever brought us lunch. Now I new something was wrong so we stayed and then the hammer dropped and they tried to slide us in to 72 month payments. At that point we got up to leave and they could not understand why we were so upset. They all knew we were on a 60 month $300 payment budget. That is the 3rd time we have tried to purchase a vehicle from Larry Miller but rest assured we will never darken their doorway again.

In summary you great people at Bell Road Toyota have again earned our business. I do have an idea that may benefit you. I suggest you place an ad in the Sun City newspaper and offer the prospective customers an incentive for making the trip to Bell Road Toyota (free lunch, 5 gallons of Gas, Car Wash) for visiting your dealership. The Wickenburg dealers advertise like this and sell a lot. I see a lot of car in Sun City and Sun City West purchased from Wickenburg. I know many people in the area who are Toyota owners and have had similar dealings.

I was in the automobile business for 20 years prior to moving west and I indeed through I knew all the tricks. I suggest you go after the west side business and your great sales and service practice should gain many Bell Road Toyota stickers in the Sun City and Sun City West area.
