You have a Service Consultant, Bob Krotonsky, that I can’t praise enough for his exceptional service. He returns calls almost immediately if I have any questions on our Camry. He takes the time and patience to explain what he’s going to do with the car and the approximate cost, which I appreciate very much. I have taken my car to other Toyota Dealers and have not had the service that Bob Krotonsky gives.

Dear Mr. Aleccia,
This letter is to inform you of the wonderful job your service department did when I brought my 2001 Toyota Echo in with a “Check Engine Light” problem.
I had been scheduled to leave that morning for California after spending a week with relatives when at the beginning of the trip home that morning; the Check Engine Light went on. I at first went to Larry Miller Toyota but was directed to your service department by Larry Millers service department due to a backlog of service at that facility.
Upon arriving at your service department, I was helped by Jim Spettnagle who heard my problem and quoted me a price to review the problem.
An hour later, Mr. Spettnagle came and told me that my problem was bad spark plugs and that apparently, the spark plugs had not been changed since I had the car. I found this disconcerting as my regular Toyota dealer in California should have taken care of this during major service.
Mr. Spettnagle then told me he had ordered the work to be performed and that he would have me on my way soon. By 100:00 A.M. the car was ready, your cashier pleasantly handled my payment and I was able to start my journey home.
I wish to thank you, Mr. Spettnagle and your cashier for the time and courteous service extended me by them and by Bell Road Toyota in handling this problem quickly and efficiently. I was not put too far behind in my schedule and was extremely grateful that the problem could be handled that day.
In closing, I would like a copy of this letter to go to Mr. Spettnagle, to the head of the service department and to your cashier for all of the help afforded me. If I ever need my car serviced pr repaired while in the Phoenix area, i will be sure to see you people.

I had my Toyota Tundra into your Service Department this past Saturday for some recall work, and would like to share the experience I had with your department and Dan Adams, specifically.
I’ve dealt with a number of dealership service departments over the years, and I have to say, this was absolutely the best! Friendly, courteous, helpful, efficient…..all-in-all an extremely pleasant experience! Because I have arthritis in my feet, I especially appreciated the courtesy ride back and forth between my home and the dealership. Dan was extremely helpful and accommodating.
To be honest, I didn’t have a very good impression of Bell Road Toyota after calling the Internet Department (a few years back) when I was in search of a Tundra, and when stopping on time to look at a Tundra on-site, the sales people that particular day and time, left much to be desired.
Dan Adams and your Service Department have helped to improve my impression of Bell Road Toyota.

Last weekend I had the experience of having my emergency brake come apart in pieces. Having purchased vehicles in the past from Bell Road Toyota, I headed in your direction to see what, if anything could be done on a Saturday afternoon.
One of your Service Consultants, Mike Haller, came to my aid. My car is presently NOT a Toyota but a Saturn. Regardless, he took the time ti temporarily repair the problem until I could take it in for permanent repairs.
