Since the year 2000, my wife and I have purchased five vehicles from your dealership. Our sixth was purchased on Monday 18FEB08. Obviously, we feel safe as well as comfortable in the entire vehicle line. Personally, I have had the misfortune to be involved in two near fatal wrecks. At both times, I was driving a Toyota Tundra. Both vehicles were totally destroyed. Although seriously injured, I honestly believe that had I been in most any other vehicle, my chance of survival would have been minimized dramatically. We truly believe in the Toyota product.
As you know, we could have purchased any of your vehicles from any number of dealers. For many reasons, we never considered that action as an option. Let me explain why.
- Service is number one. We have always dealt with Tony Isselhardt. We will not deal with anyone else. I am sure of your service consultants are equally capable, but he has gone far and above out expectations to insure our vehicles are serviced in a timely and professional manner. He has become a good friend, and not just a business partner. This also goes for the technicians in back that we never see. Each one that performs any maintenance, leave a bit of themselves in the work they do. We know that when our vehicles are returned, they will be fully functional and reliable. Being in the service industry myself, I know how important proper preventative maintenance can be to insure continued longevity, and dependability on any piece of mechanical equipment.
- Then, your friendly parts personnel and well stocked parts department deserves notoriety. I can always be assured that I will receive the proper part the first time. In the rare instance that the part must be ordered, we are notified as soon as it arrives. The people behind the counter will always take the time to answer any questions I may have about the part, or the proper way to install it.
- And of course, it all starts with the sales department. Mr. Steve Moss was our salesman. He was not only courteous, but extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was able to answer every question presented to him. He advised us on the proper use of the vehicle in varying driving conditions, and offered additional information on all of the accessories. I also worked with Mr. Jae parts on finalizing the transaction. He was willing to accommodate every request for some additional considerations. We shook hands, and to me, that signified that both of use were satisfied with the deal, and it had been concluded. I for one, place more credence on eye contact and a firm handshake, than I do on anything else.
- When the time came to process the final documents, Mr. Bob Theroux was very pleasant, and knowledgeable in every aspect of finance. He offered many suggestions, and offered us optional solutions to best meet our needs. We also found we had some things in common, and it became more of a warm conversation than a cold, hard, number crunching session.
- I might mention that I gained several pounds between the coffee, doughnuts, hot cookies, hotdogs, fresh fruit, and everything else. I enjoyed teasing the young lady greeting the customers, and the receptionist was also very kind, and tolerated my sense of humor.
One final though I would like to offer, is that there are three industries I am very reluctant to recommend. The first is a good, honest, and reliable mechanic. The second is a physician, and the first is a car dealership. For those that do not drive Toyotas, I recommend a mechanic I have known for over twenty years. In that time he has always provided quality service at a very reasonable price. I also gladly refer my personal physician of over thirty years. After all, I have placed the very life of my family in his hands, and fully trust, without exception, his course of treatment. Last, but certainly not lease, is your dealership, BELL ROAD Toyota. I have referred several people to your service department, even though they had purchased their Toyota elsewhere. I believe when the time arrives to purchase a new vehicle, they will choose your dealership. I recently referred Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hannon to Bell Road Toyota. After I told them of my long partnership with you, they came for a visit. Just a few weeks ago, they leased a new ’08 Camry from you, and they are very pleased with their choice.
Human nature has taught me that when a person had a good trading experience; it is rare that they express their appreciation, probably because they expect it. Then there are some that can never be satisfied and send letters full of negative content. To them, it is more important to FIX the blame, instead of being a part of the process to FIX the problem. I firmly believe that when I receive the kind of treatment from sale, to service, and everything in between, I know that I am, and will remain, a value customer.
With all of this said, I want you to believe me when I say that you are and will be our sole source for all of our automotive needs.
Please convey to your entire staff our sincere thank you. I know from experience that it takes each and everyone of them, their individual skills, and devotion to their responsibilities to build a world a World Class organization called Bell Road Toyota.
To you, Mr. Alectia, my wife and I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we appreciate you taking the time it requires to build such a successful and cohesive TEAM.
Best regards,
Edward-
